EVENTS & INITIATIVES
INDIA AT THE CAS
-
India at the CAS – an independent initiative, supported by Extra Cover, with the aim of creating an open-access repository of information relating to disputes involving Indian parties before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (“CAS”).
-
Indeed, the CAS is an institution that is rarely discussed from an Indian perspective. Therefore, this project seeks to shed light upon international sports arbitration in the Indian context, while serving as a useful resource for lawyers, students, journalists and all those with an interest in the legal aspects of sport; Indian sport in particular.
-
CAS awards involving Indian parties will be summarised and analysed, as and when publicly available.
